About Number 5 Leather and Rubber Store

Number 5 leather and rubber store’s journey started a long time ago.

Nick, alias Master Play, discovered kink and fetish when he was still a teenager. He started into heavy kink as soon as he was 18 years old.

Later, in 2011 when he was still living in Switzerland, he opened his first fetish store. Additionally he created a dungeon that people were able to let.

A few years ago, he moved to Brussels and opened 2 new stores. Unfortunately, Covid forced him to close and transfer all the stock in the UK where he was already living.

End of 2021, we found the space at 1-9 St James’s street. A double storeys unit totalising 3000 sqf and we started to transform it into a fetish shop and showroom.

Number 5 is not only the street number but also the 5th store that Nick created. Since end of 2023, Number 5 leather and rubber store is now up and running.

Rjay joined the adventure in 2022 and is now responsible of the production of some items sold in the store. Lastly, you can also find him as a sales advisor showing around the store to beginners and puppies.

Last but not least, Isla started to help us with the website and social media. She will probably join the team soon as sales advisor. As she is loving ropes, she is also in charge of the rope department, she will also help making demo and workshops.

Since 2011, Nick has launch a few brands dedicated to high quality and reasonable pricing.

You will indeed find not only latex and leather clothing but also neoprene, textile, PVC and nylon outfits.

Because everything started with leather and within the idea to control the quality, we build up our own workshop and factory. We can consequently supply extremely good leather as much as we can customize or even tailor our products to any of your needs.

We slowly added more items and more material. Eventually, we produce now our own range of Leather, vegan leather, Neoprene, PVC and nylon items.

By visiting our shop you will quickly see that we can accommodate a lot of requests likewise we offer made to measure on many items. Obviously, we love individuals, so, we think that every gear should be unique as each of us is unique.

Given the fact that UK is not the centre of the world and that Brexit has made our work more difficult, we have develop some tools to help our international customers to take the most advantage of our products. So we have warehouses in Belgium and France so, when you order something from Europe, it will come from there and you won’t have to pay any import tax or additional fee. We’re taking care of it.

We are also looking to developed an American store and it’s why we are looking for some influencers able to show our products there and spread the words.
